Ihre Aufgaben:
- Lead the Clinical Data Management study team and maintain oversight of all activities for one or more studies
- Escalate study issues appropriately and address corrective action plans
- Responsible for the medical review of the collected data (Phase IV/ Postmarketing)
- Perform evaluation of identified signals based on single cases, aggregate data in close collaboration with the Brand Safety Leader
- Medically review the cases and provide corrections & guidance as appropriate to Clinical Safety Operations for the coding and causality
- Assessment of adverse event reports
- Provide expert evaluation on the clinical context of adverse event reports, assessment on the medical conditions and the implications on data and case handling
- Effectively communicate ideas, project goals and status of work and independently present at department meetings
- Identify and develop solutions to complex problems
- Set targeted timeframes for deliverables and anticipate potential scenarios that may create timeline delays; able to influence and negotiate a positive outcome
- Contribute or lead local and subfunctional working groups and initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional or global initiatives
- Lead or participate in the local functional/ cross-functional implementation of best practices and process improvement initiatives
