An exciting opportunity exists in this leading professional services organisation for a professional and experienced Content Coordinator. Your responsibilities will be:
  • Publish content using content management guidelines and methodology, attaching metadata, conducting quality check and ensuring currency and consistency of content and developing HTML where appropriate.
  • Liaising with staff to source content that is relevant to their business requirements
  • Coordinating and attending workshops and focus groups, with the aim of continually improving content delivery and the overall usability of the online experience.   
  • Defining content structures and labels, as well as developing wire frames for the online channel based on requirements gathered in collaboration and negotiation
  • Conducting group based, as well as one on one training, information sessions, as well as participating in technology fairs or other awareness sessions.
  • Ensuring each group is aware of their role and are skilled to undertake it.  Training publishers on how to publish and overseeing their work.  
You will have: 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Significant experience in the publishing and presentation of content in an Intranet environment, applying styles, metadata and maintaining the life cycle process  
  • Ability to interview and interpret responses to successfully obtain information that delivers solution required.
  • Solid working experience in all MS Office Tools
  • Ability to work in SharePoint 2007. SAP experience will also be highly regarded.
  • Ability to create/convert content for publishing using Dreamweaver & HTML to make information accessible and user focused.
  • Working knowledge of Web 2 and Collaboration.
