BI Architect:
As an MS BI Architect you will use end-to-end Microsoft Business Intelligence to strategically build a Datawarehouse and drive the implantation implementations.
The Architect leads all aspects of the delivery of BI solutions & related components (data warehousing, data management, and BI architectures and tools). He/she understands business challenges & translates them into requirements/solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of ETL tools, data staging techniques, metadata tools, data/dimensional modelling and data base designs. Works across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solutions, definition & systems architecture for the organization.
Preferred candidates have several years of BI implementation experience (including technical architecture experience in the whole BI life cycle from reporting, query, OLAP, ETL and Master Data Management).
Senior CRM consultant:
*Proven ability to manage larger end-to-end CRM, eMarketing or eSales projects in a financial services or insurance industry environment
*Coordinate project teams and act as interface with the client's project stakeholders
*Assume overall responsibility for the quality & timely delivery of the project
*Be or have the ambition to become a SME and thought leader in one of our business domains (LSHC CRM, LSHC Sales, LSHC Service, LSHC Marketing)
*Identify CRM business cases/opportunities at (potential) clients and translate them into concrete CRM, eMarketing or eSales solutions
*Define and monitor CRM ROI KPI's and metrics
*Deliver efficient change management and business alignment along the implementation
Technical Microsoft CRM Consultant:
*Work with customer to identify their CRM needs
*Discover, document, and analyse key customer business processes
*Effectively scope CRM project, working with project management team on scheduling and resource usage
*Analyze and migrate existing databases from various platforms
*Provide training and ongoing support for CRM customer-support with report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.
*Support internal CRM need for managing relationships with client
*Contribute to development of a strategic vision of how the environmental sector can use CRM data to bring about positive environmental change
Job Requirements
*Experience in database consulting/administration
*Experience managing data to accomplish business needs
*Experience providing client consulting services
*Experience with MS CRM, JavaScript is preferred

Project Manager/functional analyst CRM
CRM Project Managers are responsible for process definition and management oversight of the CRM project.
*Determine Project needs and business resources required to execute CRM project.
*Work with Client Executive Project Sponsors to clarify and define strategy & objectives, scope and CRM business requirements.
*Define success CRM Project criteria for project.
*Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule.
*Develop and track project action items and issues. Document all necessary items as needed.
*Identify and communicate risks and responses to mitigate project risk.
*Responsible for the coordination and creation of project documentation and project processes.
*Work with CRM client team to develop appropriate testing plans to ensure user acceptance, data quality, and system integrity.
*Coordinate the development of training materials, user manuals and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the business owners and users.
Business Analysis Responsibilities CRM Project Managers define and articulate project strategy and objectives, scope and business processes, rules and requirements with CRM clients.
*Communication - Effectively present, communicate and manage expectations regarding project strategies and key decisions within project teams and to Senior Management. Communicate project statuses.
*Risk Management - Identify, analyse and manage risks within projects, systems, and resource changes and formulate plausible solutions or contingency plans partnering with Manager and Senior Management when necessary.
*Client Management and Negotiation - Effectively interact with and transact business with partners and clients, to negotiate mutually beneficial transactions and independently prioritise involvement in decisions.
*Team Leadership - Actively lead and develop team members within the department. Celebrates successes.
Job Requirements
*Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study.
*Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects. This includes identifying CRM project objectives, creating requirements, managing schedules, tracking project progress, facilitating testing and determining and measuring success criteria.
*Documentation and presentation skills.
