Finance Business Analyst - Contract
A major Midlands based business requires a vastly experienced and high calibre Finance Business Analyst to work on an initial 3 month contract.
Essential skills:
- Extensive Business Analysis skills
- Strong finance background, preferably with experience of working on the implementation of a new finance system
- Gap analysis
- Superb communication skills with the ability to present to board level
Desirable skills: A background working in retail would be advantageous but not essential
Role:
- Analyse current process maps
- Identify system requirements form process maps
- Engage with finance staff to understand current working practises
- Conduct gap analysis to ascertain further system requirements
- Assist in the functional specification of a replacement finance system
- Document all business requirements into a formal business requirements document
- Present requirement findings to the board
- To assist in the specification of financial reporting and ensuring that these requirements are delivered in any systems projects.
Start date: End of June.
Rate is £275 - £375 per day
