Our client is a professional services firm. This role is based in London.
The role is required to work in a retail bank's small recruitment team as resourcing manager - to provide retail banking expertise to this group. The remit includes retail banking resourcing, recruitment planning and stakeholder management, together with setting and achieving best practice recruitment standards
You will have a solid background in retail bank resourcing for both permanent and temporary staff. Previous consulting experience in addition would be highly desirable.
