Description
Joining on a six month contract the ideal candidate will be responsible for implement and manage Revenue Assurance processes, identifying risks and issues impacting revenue and margin realisation and delivering an appropriate response, providing planning, metrics, analysis, reporting and managing and supporting the resolution process.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Identify and document processes for identified risk areas
Identify processing errors impacting revenue and margin
Revenue realisation/recovery through billing initiation and backbilling as appropriate
Cost alleviation and/or recovery
Margin protection/maximisation
Resolution of root causes and mitigation of risk
Development of programme to maximise audit coverage and revenue benefits
Development of appropriate controls processes and control metrics/KPIs
Develop and manage delivery of appropriate control reports
Building effective relationships with Operations and Billing teams
Deliver reporting for Finance Management
The right candidate for this role will be experience in revenue assurance, be highly analytical, self-motivated and have strong skills in both Access and Excel.
