Description
We are currently looking for an Online Customer Journey Improvement (re-design) Lead for an initial 3 month contract (programme to run for 9-12 months) based in East Sussex.
The successful applicant will possess the following;
- Background in Marketing and specifically Online Marketing.
- IMPORTANT Online Marketing/E-commerce with a Customer Journey and Customer/User Experience focused role.
- Strong review and evalustion skills through to design and implementation of improved customer journey for Online Customer retention and new business.
- IMPORTANT Insurance industry background highly beneficial.
- Project management knowledge benefitial (although the role is not requiring a PM by trade).
- Ability to run workshops, and gain buy in from senior stakeholders.
