Description
Link Technologies is currently seeking a Product Support Analyst for a contract position in Las Vegas, NV.
Have at least two capabilities that need to be supported. Key day-to-day responsibilities will be:
Execute pro-active health check of applications
Respond to tickets within service level agreement
Resolve tickets within service level agreement
Possibly, respond to monitoring alerts and 24x7 pages
Investigate problems
When not working on tickets, expected to improve supportability of capability to decrease overall support costs.
Update code to improve exception handling or logging; or fix known errors
Create/update monitoring
Create/update documentation
Cross train fellow support team members
Required experience:
Past experience supporting product and desire to perform support
Programming experience: Java, .NET
Ability to work alone with little supervision
Ability to work on team and with business users
A plus if you have experience in:
Apache Tomcat, TIBCO Hawk, IIS, Remedy
