Support will include but is not limited to the following:
This work is on the operational/organizational side of the business such as facilities management, building maintenance, hiring, etc. and will provide process improvement in those areas. This has nothing to do with IT. Need to have Visio experience to document processes. Plan, prioritize, and organize efforts to support action teams and the overall CPI efforts to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved. Facilitate action teams for process development/re-engineering efforts. Gather data and research existing business operational processes and systems. Communicate analysis to management through reports, briefings and presentations. Investigate and solve problems pertaining to business processes, data issues and system requirements. Develop metrics to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collect, manage and analyze performance data using appropriate software/database. Interface closely with management to propose best practices where applicable. Act independently and as a team member in enterprise level change effort coordination and execution. This is a team member position in a PMO atmosphere managing projects. Strong, senior level facilitation skills are an absolute must for success in this position. Must have minimum 8 years experience in Business Analysis with at least 2 of those years as a team lead or project lead. Will need to understand complex business issues and apply analysis to address organizational and operational performance improvements. Must be able to play a lead role in BPI efforts.
A current DoD Secret clearance is a huge plus. PMP Certification and Lean or Six Sigma is required.
