Microsoft CRM Architect/Developer
Nigel Frank is seeking candidates for client enterprise Microsoft CRM implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test, deploy and customize. Qualified candidates will need experience developing in the .NET framework, and preferably knowledge of the MSCRM 4.0 SDK
oA proven ability to work with end users to map business processes and define software requirements
oStrong project management skills
oExperience developing web-based applications with ASP.NET and C#
oAt least 2+ years working with CRM applications, preferably Microsoft CRM
oExperience working with SQL Reporting Services
oBasic understanding of Microsoft networking components (Active Directory, IIS, Windows Server )
oExperience developing and conducting end-user training programs
oHigh degree of professionalism, customer orientation, organization, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task
oFocus on quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, mentoring and customer service is a must
oSolid written & oral communication skills
oBS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not essential
