Our client require a Cultural Change Analyst to support the existing Culture and Behavioural Change Lead in implementing the Cultural Change Strategy within Asset Management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of and experience in service culture and behaviour techniques and processes applicable to complex organisations
- Experience in coaching and facilitating individuals and groups
- Experience in presenting complex concepts to small and large audiences
- Understanding of the asset management life cycle within the railway context
- Experience in presenting complex concepts to small and large audiences
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder skills
- Good analytical skills
