Implementation Manager/Business Readiness Manager - Leeds/Bristol - Banking - Up to £510pd
A leading UK bank requires an Implementation Manager to join its team based in either Leeds or Bristol, offering up to £510 pd for an initial 6 months.
You will be required to take a proactive, hands-on approach, to ensure that Operations are ready to receive Change.
You will have extensive experience of change processes, understand the Change Lifecycle and be able to build fully engaged and trusted relationships with Programme Managers and Operations Leadership
To be considered you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Has previous experience of managing or actively supporting Business Readiness activities- Essential
- Has a proven track record of successful Change delivery. Has credibility as an accomplished Change expert. Understands the Change Lifecycle and has experience of implementing Change to Operations
- Demonstrates self-confidence as a leader - Can work closely with Business Readiness resources across Programmes and Projects working to agreed Standards and Best Practice
- Gives clear direction, talks with confidence and has a style that inspires people to commit and buy-in
- Is self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
- Is highly organised and makes efficient use of time. Is able to manage multiple pressures concurrently whilst retaining ownership and control
- Plans meticulously, delivers to plan and follows through on agreed Actions
- Can interpret and analyse data and uses performance metrics to measure progress and readiness.
