A large Retail organisation is seeking an Interim Shared Services Project Manager to manage a Resourcing workstream in their high profile Shared Service programme. You will be responsible for instilling standards and methodology to ensure benefits are delivered to time, quality and costs. You will also maintain all project documentation, project plans, risks/issue logs and reporting requirements whilst ensuring costs and benefits are closely tracked.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management and PMO experience
  • Experience of supporting Shared Service models within HR transformation, ideally Resourcing
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
