This is a role for which the expression 'you get what you give' could have been written and it is no exaggeration to state that the successful applicant should expect to earn no-less than between £80-100k after just 18 months. If writing your own pay cheque whilst gaining a whole range of other incentives simply for doing your job sounds appealing then please read on, but, be aware from the outset that this is not a 9-5 job. We're not interested in speaking with anyone who is not serious about working hard and absolutely maximising their potential to earn a considerable amount of money.

Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but this is not a pre-requisite. We are interested in hearing from;
* Hard-working and motivated graduate-calibre candidates
* Those with at least 6 months sales, business development or business-to-business experience (a bonus but not essential)
* People who are positive, confident & enthusiastic in nature and who possess excellent communication skills
* Applicants who are hard-working and prepared to work long hours to make things happen

The most important criteria however is that an applicant has a genuine passion to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. You would be responsible for the development and growth of your own client and candidate relationships from an early stage and in order to succeed you will be given industry-leading, award-winning training in all aspects of sales, recruitment & head-hunting via our first-class development plan.
