Culture Change Lead

A large well known organisation is currently recruiting for a culture change lead the successful candidate will be responsible for:-

1. Responsible for supporting the Culture and Behavioural Change Lead in implementing the Asset Management service and Cultural Change Strategy.

2. Design and development of culture & behavioural change programme activities across all business functions.

3. Influence, coach and support Senior Business Leaders and their teams across all asset management functions of the organisation to support the development and embed the organisational strategy in relation to the Asset Management Service Organisation & Culture programme.

4. Implementation of the behavioural and cultural change activities in the service organisation and culture change programme including building the Organisation wide capability for managing change by the development and mentoring of change agents not part of the core team.

Essential

Knowledge and Experience:-
Some knowledge of and experience in service culture and behaviour techniques and processes applicable to complex organisations
Experience in coaching and facilitating individuals and groups
Understanding of the asset management life cycle within the railway context
Experience in presenting complex concepts to small and large audiences
Excellent communication & influencing skills
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder skills
Good analytical skills
Cognitive preferences and Behavioural skills
Systems thinking
Able to challenge
Coaching skills
Workshop, focus group and other group facilitation skills
