GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity in Eagan, MN for a Sr. Recruiter. This would be a Six month contract to hire.
Skills & Experience:
-5-7 years recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting
-BA degree preferred but not required
-Demonstrated experience in creatively sourcing and recruiting for a variety of positions in one or more of the following areas: sales (field and inside), finance, marketing, product development, operations, etc.
-Proven ability to manage high volume requisition load simultaneously (25-30+)
-Collaborative team player
-Demonstrated ability to operate in and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with Taleo or other similar recruiting tools/systems
Key Accountabilities:
-Schedules intake session with HM and HRBP to discuss hiring process and sourcing options
-Posts position internally and/or externally. Creates pre-screen questions
-Sources candidates and reviews resumes (disposition/ move candidates throughout the recruiting process until the offer/accept stage)
-Pre-screens and interviews candidates
-Confirms internal candidate has informed current leader of interest in new position (or sends Taleo notification)
-Keeps Hiring Mgr. and HRBP informed of sourcing activities and status of qualified candidate pool
-Makes offer to external candidate (unless requested by HM) and obtains DOB and SSN( for external candidates) and sends to RC to initiate background check
-Partners with RCs, HRBPs and HMs to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire on-boarding
