Description
Our client is looking for SR. Business Analyst with Healthcare/Medicare experience to add to their team in Philadelphia, PA.
Requirements:
- Consists of 65% BA function and 35% PM duties
- Minimum of 8yrs Business Analysis experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with Use Cases (Diagram and Narrative)
- Experienced with Business Process improvement concepts
- Demonstrated use of UML, Context diagrams, Swim Lane diagrams, Data Flow (DFD) diagrams etc.
- Assists in managing large scale projects
- Able to execute the project plan for those areas of the SDLC that span from Planning through Testing

- Requisite Pro
- Blueprint
- iRise
- Visio, MS Project, Excel, Word
Technical and Operating Environment Skills
- Medicaid and Medicare
- Medical Management, Utilization Management, Provider, Claims and Payment systems
- Facets, MHS, MACESS, EXP etc.
- Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, .NET etc.
Education
- Minimum Four-year degree in Information Systems or related work experience
- Minimum Five years of progressive experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmacy business environment with process re-engineering concentration and/or project management
