Omnitracker Expert ( French or Dutch Speaker) - Belgium - Omnitracker Expert ( French or Dutch Speaker)
Context
My Client is starting a migration of the current custom built permits management application towards an Omnitracker based solution.
In this context we are actively looking for an experienced Omnitracker Expert (OE) being able to
- translate the business requirements to a high-level solution description based upon the use of the Omnitracker system,
- conceive an Omnitracker solution that implements the business concepts, the business processes and the life cycles that are specific to the management of permits,
- configure/develop the Omnitracker environment to make this solution work.
The Omnitracker solution will be implemented in an environment where Documentum is used as a Document Management System and Oracle and SQL Server as Database Servers. Interactions between the Omnitracker solution and these systems will have to be implemented.
This is the scope of this demand.
Responsibility
The responsibilities of the OE are:
- To translate the business requirements into high-level solution features,
- To conceive an Omnitracker solution that implements the business concepts, the business processes and the life cycles related to the management of permits,
- To configure/develop this Omnitracker solution,
- To configure/develop the interactions between the Omnitracker solution and Documentum,
- To configure/develop the interactions between the Omnitracker solution and source or publish databases,
- To perform those activities in close collaboration with the project leader and functional analysts during the different stages of the ICT project life cycle,
- To respect and follow all templates and artefacts standards.
- To respect priorities and timing of the projects' plans.
Technical skills
We are requiring solid knowledge of:
- Omnitracker,
- Relational databases and SQL,
- Web Services,
- Unified Modelling Language (UML),
- Analysis methodology while ICT has its own standards the OE will have to adhere to,
- Microsoft Office suite.
We are also considering knowledge of:
- Testing concepts and practices.
- UML tool Enterprise Architect (from Sparxsystems, see
- Project management practices,
- Documentum
Soft skills
We are demanding following soft skills:
- Active listening aptitudes,
- Ability to adapt its communication, vocabulary and used artefacts depending on the target audience,
- Oral communication and presentation skills,
- Able to write structured and well-formed documents,
Experience
- Expert-level conceptual, functional and technical knowledge of Omnitracker.
Languages
- Fluent speaking/writing in Dutch/French,
- Good English knowledge.
