Client Relationship Manager

Our client is a major player in the telecommunications services market and is ideally looking for an experienced Client Relationship/Account Management resource to help them map their existing client base and update accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. You will be expected to contact, update and maintain the CRM through a range of means including phone, email, facebook and twitter.

The successful candidate will be currently working in a similar or more junior role, or one where they have responsibility for maintaining regular contact with a diverse group of clients. IT domain experience is ideal but not essential. You may be a Junior Account Manager, or Account Support or Admin.

Sales acumen is an added advantage.
