We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
Tasks:
-Support platforms synchronization of mobile devices (Microsoft ActiveSync)
-Acceptance testing of new hardware (PDAs, Media Tablets, Laptops, Desktops PC)
-Support of hardware infrastructure of the organisation (Smartphones, Media Tablets, Laptops, Desktops PC)
-Testing and management of drivers for these devices (including the publication of an internal website)
-Support and maintenance of reference configurations of the organization (Smartphones, Media Tablets, Laptops, Desktops PC)
-Support for IOS platforms, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, Android, Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac Osx
-Testing, monitoring and maintenance of deployment images (MDT - Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Sysprep)
Requirements:
-Excellent knowledge hardware (PDAs, Media Tablets, Laptops, Desktops PC)
- Excellent knowledge of the environment IOS, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, Android, Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac Osx
-Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Activesync
-Knowledge in a Mobile Device Management solution would be an asset
-Excellent knowledge of ITIL (version 3)
-Ability to write technical documentation for users and technical teams (EN, FR)
-Certification Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support Technician, Administrator or equivalent.
