Our international client is looking for an SAP HCM E-recruitment Consultant to start working on a project ASAP. The contract will be for 1 year with the possibilty of an extension in a tax free zone. Please have a look at the details below to see if applicable.

The SAP e-recruiting Consultant will be responsible for the design, build and test of the Recruitment components of the solution to meet the business process design and application requirements. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing SAP HR applications. Detailed knowledge and experience of SAP e-recruiting configuration is essential. The consultant will configure SAP e-recruiting, as well as assist in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR application solutions.

Other responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for identifying and defining the requirements for the Recruitment solution in partnership with the business
- Responsible for designing a standardized Recruitment solution to provide a template for use during the localization
- Validate the application design with the stakeholders to confirm that the design satisfies the requirements
- Responsible for ensuring that the Recruitment solution is fully component tested
- Ensure the Recruitment build is fully documented to the required documentation standards
- Ensure the completion of all appropriate documentation required by the developers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that will maintain the Recruitment application
- Work with the developers in realizing the solution design through realization and go-live
- Inform solution lead and project manager of any issues or risks relating to the workstream that may impact other areas of the project
- Manage the transition of the design to the developers to provide a clear and complete understanding of the design
- Lead the Data Migration Strategy for transforming existing Master Data from current structure to the desired structure
- Responsible for quality assurance, creation of test scripts and testing execution
- Develops documentation and training supporting system or processes changes
- Ensure user acceptance of the payroll solution

Required Skills:
- Qualified HR Practitioner or a Bachelors Degree in Management (or related discipline )
- Experience with ECC 6.0 Talent Management preferred
- Experience with ECC 6.0 EHP5
- Knowledge of Data model and iViews in e-Recruitment
- Requisition Management - Requisitions, Questionnaire, Process Templates.
- Candidate management - Application Management, Applicant Tracking, TRM
- Search with TREX, setup and configuration of TREX
- Resume Parsing, Talent Groups
- Overall SAP HCM/HR experience of around 4-6 years
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of e-Recruiting solutions
- Good understanding of Career Management and Succession Planning Processes
- Experience with 3 full SAP ECC 6.0 project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity
