One of our client based in Brussels and active in Telecommunication is currently looking for a Integration Project Leader
Mission:
- Implements new evolutions (product & services or technology) into an operational context
- Manages internal transversal projects within Customer Operations
Key responsibility areas:
o Manages the operational readiness of projects impacting several domains (billing, service delivery )
o Defines the project scope
o When applicable, builds a business case
o Sets up the a plan covering project organisation, roles and responsibilities, schedules, resource, budget, risk and quality plan
o When needed performs impact analysis of projects on operational teams (competence, tools, working methods, etc )
o Gathers, leads and motivates project team members to deliver according to project planning, objectives and constraints (quality, costs .).
o Makes sure changes are accepted and integrated within the different operational teams thanks to appropriate change management practices and tools (communication, training )
o Captures lessons learned by consolidating feed-back from project contributors and stakeholders
o Monitors project progress and takes corrective actions in case of deviation
o Provides consolidated reporting and status on the project to relevant boards and meetings
o Initiates and manages the RFP process when required and in close cooperation with the purchasing department and all other stakeholders
o Designs and/or challenges operational processes and work methods to ensure the best customer experience
Education, specific training and experience:
Enseignement de type supérieur
Few years experience in project management
Experience in process management
Interpersonal skills:
