Description
My client is a Global Bank & Brand, they are embarking on a number of high profile business critical change programmes, one of which is revolved around Credit Risk Change with a budget in excess of £100 million over the next 2 years which cuts across all areas of the business.
They are looking for an individual who has both a breadth & depth of knowledge around Finance Change in terms of ensuring cost & resource management are managed to the highest professional standards; you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering multi million pound change programmes to ensure they deliver on time & on budget.
You will be responsible for reporting into the finance steering committee (Group Wide) giving clarity & granularity of just where the programme is in-line with milestones & deliverables. You will also be the intrinsic support & lead to the business in terms building business cases; RFI's & RFP's ensuring only robust & substantial propositions are presented & ultimately approved.
A large part of this role is communication & transparency so exceptional communications skills are essential. You will be engaging with key senior stakeholders therefore stakeholder management skills are 100% essential. You will more than likely be a qualified accountant, with a consulting background from the BIG4 or similar consulting firms, but you will have also worked within the world of Financial Services.
