Senior Change Manager
Role:
Senior Change Manager with proven successful track record.
Assist Program Director in defining, designing and implementing the new 'corporate intercompany processes to ensure a smooth transition from Build to Run. I order to secure Customer Experience, for the M2M portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Manage, design and implement the required M2M new intercompany governance model to ensure transition of my client responsibilities from Build to Run, (must cover, processes such as IT change management -ITIL based, launch of new products and offer both integrated, tools, resources, ideal governance model, communications, training and reporting needs, ex such as SLA management).
Identify gap areas where new process or redesign of process are required,
Design an optimal model and ensure it can be integrated into my client's existing operational teams.
Define if any financial impacts and potential resolutions to comply to budget constraints
Prepare risk and risk mitigation plan - follow progress and closure.
Produce weekly status reports - highlighting issues for Program Director escalation.
Capture open action points and follow progress and closure.
Implement/communicate/train the required processes at all levels - intercompany wide.
Prepare required presentation material for executive buy in intercompany wide.
Skills and knowledge:
Fluent in French and English written/oral
Strong knowledge and application of 'change management' best practice (identified chosen model used)
Very strong agility in using Project Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
Strong analytical skills, quick learner and ability to navigate in ambiguous situations
Ability to remain focused with strong stress management skills
Very strong communication skills (ability to summarize events and be concise in written and oral communications at all levels of the organisations).
Extensive proven previous experience in Business and IT/NW and Services change management implementations.
Experience in Telecoms, and or M2M industry a great asset
