Change Manager - Immediate Start - Sydney CBD Location

Fixed Term, 6 month contract, pro rata. Genuine extension possibilities or potential permanent transition.

Our client is one of Australia's leading ICT services and solutions providers. They have built a strong and significant reputation as a client focused ICT Solutions company based on a broad spectrum of competencies serving the 'end to end' IT business needs of numerous enterprises.

As a "Change Manager" or Senior Change Coordinator, you will be working with our client's service delivery teams to, develop, report and deliver ITIL framework based methodologies, process manage the team(s) implementing Change, provide management reporting on Key Performance Indicators, and documenting relevant processes to ensure that changes implemented by the teams meet the client expectations, within contractual boundaries, and manage the business risk involved in change. The Change Manager - Coordinator will need to use their initiative to take ownership of process issues and work with other support parties, within and external to our client, to ensure these objectives are met.

This role acts to ensure that Change Management processes are followed correctly, performance is measured and risks are managed by those responsible for the change.

You will come from an IT services/systems integrator background and although specific technical experience is not necessary, an ability to understand technical requirements is required.

The successful applicant will have:
A minimum of 5 years Information Technology experience, with at least 2 years in a Change Management or Senior Change Coordinator role
Be able to demonstrate strong ITIL based process management experience.
Experience working effectively within a professional and disciplined IT services delivery environment.
Experience in an Outsourced IT Support model would be a distinct advantage.
Experience with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards would be an advantage.
