My large Financial Services Client is currently recruiting for two experienced Implementation Managers to join their project teams in either Leeds of Bristol.
The selected candidate will have a previous implementation and business readiness experience ideally within a Financial Services/Banking environment.
To be considered for the role you should possess demonstrable experience of the following:
* Developing and agreeing appropriate Business Readiness Acceptance Criteria
* Work directly with Programmes and Projects to assist them in demonstrating their readiness to implement Change
* Consolidate Business Readiness activities across Programmes and Projects
* Protect Operations and their ability to maintain service by ensuring that all Change lands safely
* Coordinate Technical change
* Manage Property moves; moving processes to enable operations to exit sites or create capacity
* Manage risk effectively
