I am looking for a senior Business Analyst with strong trading platforms/electronic trading experience. The main purpose of this role is to execute all business analysis tasks for assigned tasks, ensuring the high quality & efficiency of business requirements are captured from the business & according to the Bank's standards. You will be liaising with the business, senior stakeholders & other vendors, transferring business requirements into technical specifications, producing and developing reports, assisting in process mapping etc. You will be facilitating workshops & interviewing stakeholders to determine existing business process & requirements. You will be responsible to manage & negotiate variances to business requirements throughout the SDLC, including the final solution delivery. You will be required to guide fellow team members on the use of established modelling techniques & tools to represent the business.
Successful candidate must have the following experience:
- Proven 7-10 years+ Business Analysis expertise gained within Banking or Financial Services environment
- At least 3 years plus experience working with Electronic Trading systems (inhouse or vendor eg Fidessa, Bloomberg, Reuters, ASX etc)
- BA modelling techniques
- Solid knowledge in developing Business cases, gap analysis, technical specifications, test cases, reviewing test scripts etc
- Experience working within the full project life cycle
- Solid financial products experience working with FX, commodities, derivatives and other products
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work under pressure
