Portland Resourcing is currently seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to provide ongoing support in Lima, Peru for a one of our European based clients.
My client will be implementing SAP at their site in Lima and is seeking a local resource to provide ongoing and expertise to the local business on a part time basis. Approximately 2-3 days per month.
We are looking for a strong FICO consultant with broad SAP experience, but with main focus on OTI, production and associated processes. So the emphasis is mainly on CO rather than FI. Within CO the key points will be product costing (PC) and Material Ledger (ML).
The main tasks will be:
*Training of local finance manager and chief accountant
*Advise and translate legal requirements into requirements specification for our Business Application Specialists, who will do the necessary changes, customising and programming
*Assist at month end closing.
*Advise and improve local closing procedures and at the same time not risking group reporting requirements.
My client is looking to build a long-term relationship so would prefer candidates living in or near by Lima.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
