This is a vital role to the successful outcome of technical architecture and design functions of the company. You will undertake technical solution design responsibilities within projects to ensure that the design is of the highest possible quality within the required budget and timeframe; and be an SME of end to end technical solution architecture and design.
You should have the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience as developer and/or designer in ADABAS/Natural
- Solid experience undertaking solution design responsibilities
- Experience in development lead or similar project lead capacities
- Proven experience delivering design within complex enterprise integration landscape including Client Server technologies
- Proven experience in working within a structured project teams
- Proven experience delivering design following defined process methodologies
- Proven experience delivering high level and detailed design deliverables for independent software build
- Strong experience in design for online and batch environment using ADABAS/Natural
- Strong experience in software development tools in an IBM MVS environment including TSO, JCL, SDSF
- Experience in data analysis using SQL
- Strong experience in re-engineering from existing code bases
