*Top Tier Investment Bank looking for an MIS professionals to join the team responsible for all decision support in Asia. A great opportunity to gain access to the Investment Banking space to develop analytics and reporting skills*
The team plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of MI to the International Banking Management Team and ultimately supporting our International Banking Business and their strategy through the provision of timely, and insightful financial analysis.
Initially this will be a contract role but there is the potential to go permanent/be extended
Responsibilities:
* Review, understand, analyse drivers and communicate the key performance targets that the IB business has committed to achieve.
* The provision of accurate, timely, transparent and insightful management information provided to internal customers to allow them to understand the performance of their business and prompt action to ensure commitments to targets can be achieved.
* Representation in various Global Finance forums ensuring our voice is heard and issues given appropriate attention throughout all key reporting cycles
* Business Partnering with International Banking stakeholders in ongoing forecast and budget requirements and related analysis.
Experience:
* Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent) - preferred
* 3 + years accounting experience
* Ability to collate, consolidate, interpret and report on large data sets in an efficient and concise manner.
* Excellent and advanced Excel skills
