PS Monitoring and Reporting Analyst - Dutch Speaking
Startdate: ASAP

Provide proactive monitoring and reporting services to the EC account team.
Provide proactive incidents initiation and follow up with client's Service desk in Amsterdam.

Essential job functions:
- 8 hours of workper day at client location at Brussels location from 8:30 to 17:00 every business day.
- Identify, manage proper communication and delight your (internal) clients.
- Real Time and active analysis of the EC monitoring tools results.
- Open incidents at the service desk when appropriate.
- Follow up the incidents, advise on possible escalation needs with incident Management.
- Provide capacity management summaries and recommendations to the clients.
- Pride regular (urgent ) information and prepare reports for the Sevice Relationship Manager and the IT architect.
-Agree an availability roaster with the backup person(s), maintain and publish it.
- Develop and maintain documentation, work instructions and best practices for the job.
- Submit and collect an internal Customer Satisfaction Form on a quartely basis.
- Submit a monthly timesheet. get client approval and provide it to the clients PS Resources Management by the 2nd business day of every business month.
- Strictly respect all the confidentiality, Non Disclosure Agreements and security rules.

Other Job requirements:
- Provide bi-weekly inputs and recommendations on the current tools reports improvement and job processes to the account team, the managing consultant and the software architect.

-Properly prioritise the most important services provided by the clients to the customer
- Acquire the knowledge to deliver the underpinning services to the clients.
- Deliver and continuously improve the services.
