Description
Joining on a six month contract the ideal candidate will be responsible for implement and manage Revenue Assurance processes, identifying risks and issues impacting revenue and margin realisation and delivering an appropriate response, providing planning, metrics, analysis, reporting and managing and supporting the resolution process.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and document processes for identified risk areas
- Identify processing errors impacting revenue and margin
- Revenue realisation/recovery through billing initiation and backbilling as appropriate
- Cost alleviation and/or recovery
- Margin protection/maximisation
- Resolution of root causes and mitigation of risk
- Development of programme to maximise audit coverage and revenue benefits
- Development of appropriate controls processes and control metrics/KPIs
- Develop and manage delivery of appropriate control reports
- Building effective relationships with Operations and Billing teams
- Deliver reporting for Finance Management
Experience Required:
- Experience working within Telecom, or good knowledge of telco's products in a strategic growth area
- Effective problem solver
- Good communicator
- Previous revenue assurance experience or previously worked in an analytical role that has included responsibilies including risk analysis, gap analysis or similar
- Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Access skills
