3 excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Major Utilities Organisation of ours based in Warwick.
The Client is looking for experience and in-depth knowledge of the complete end-to-end recruitment, re-structure and redeployment processes, including legal requirements, policy and best practice principles
Experience of working with e-recruitment systems to deliver both internal and external experienced and direct hires across a range of business functions
Experience of implementing a range of attraction and selection methodologies, especially innovative sourcing solutions and competency-based interviewing techniques, across a diverse range of role types, including technical engineering, professional, and senior roles
Experience of providing specialist resourcing input to re-structuring exercises, and delivering the associated redeployment activities
Experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders and maintaining appropriate communication and engagement strategies.
To work directly with Senior Business Leads and HR colleagues to define their requirements, agree a robust resourcing plan which identifies key areas of recruitment/redeployment activity, and secure resources for the delivery of these activities.
To work directly with Business Leads, HR colleagues and Recruiting Managers to define their requirements, agree robust recruitment plans which identify key activities, milestones and deliverables, and secure resources for the delivery of these activities.
To monitor the progress of the resourcing and recruitment plans, ensuring Managers are enabled to meet their deadlines and responsibilities, and any barriers to delivery are pro-actively identified, and agreed remedial actions implemented.
