OVERVIEW:

  • POS register and POS printer component level repair
  • Laptop, desktop component level repair
  • Basic printer and basic Laser (non multi-function) component level repair
  • Scripted image, patches, and anti-virus loads
  • Basic software configuration and system backups
  • Basic low end multi-function printer replacement and scripted configuration
  • Wireless access whole unit replacement
  • Smart Hands, executes defined OEM instructions
  • Basic cable troubleshooting
  • Install, test and operates basic operating system software
  • Ability to handle warranty certification calls

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Desktop and laptop break-fix experience
  • POS and printer experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification (mandatory)
  • Ability to read and follow written directions
  • Ability to write legibly and accurately
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass background and drug check as required
  • Basic client level communications skills
  • Ability to work productively with minimal direction
