Job Description:
Reporting Transition Consultant will be responsible for managing complex Business Intelligence reporting projects, business activities and performs analysis of contract statements of work.
The role will be responsible for taking Service Levels and other key indicators as contracted and managing their development in support of operational and business information to management. This position may require management of development staff as necessary depending on the complexity of the engagement. Candidate will need to interface with different levels of management and be comfortable giving presentations and reporting status at each level.
Skills:
Knowledge of database design, SQL, advanced excel capabilities, Microsoft Service Analytics, SQL Server Reporting Services, Business Objects, Clarify, Remedy and Computer Associates USD would be preferred.
