My client, a large financial services organisation is looking to recruit an experienced contract Project Manager to significantly reduce the volume of complaints within the group. You will ideally have experience in the Customer Services & Complaints arena. You will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong planning experience and a delivery focused approach to project management. Complaints experience is essential.
