Site Acquisition Project Manager (Civil/SA/CW/Telecom) - Our client requires a project manager with excellent knowledge of Site Acquisition processes (site hunting, lease price negotiations, permitting, legal documentation etc) to join their project on an initial 12 month contract.
Duties include the management of the SA process, communication with local authorities, project forecasting and management of subcontract companies.
This is a senior position with a global telecommunications organisation on a multi year project. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language would be beneficial as would project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP. Applicants must have 5 years of Site Acquisition experience and will be an EU national.
