Installation, configuration and integration of the RBT platform. Software and Hardware validations, troubleshooting, ATP, UAT
SCOPE OF WORK
The Supplier shall perform the following activities:
1 Linux Operating System installation and configuration according to Huawei guidelines until it is ready for the installation of the software version.
2 Installation and configuration of RBT platform components such as: CTI, UDSP, Portal, URP, DB following Huawei guidelines.
3 Configuration of 176 VoIP links under BICC protocol and integrate them with Telcel's MSC's according to the plan.
4 Integration to the customer's 18 Signaling Transfer Points.
5 Integration of the RBT platform with the provisioning, charging, statistics and alarms platforms in customer side.
6 Software and Hardware validations, Troubleshooting, ATP, UAT.
7 Provide Progress reports under the agreed periodicity.
8 ATAE hardware installation supervision
9 Configuration under Huawei guidelines of LAN Switches for setting up VLANs.
10 IP planning.
11 Frequent meetings and conferences with Huawei and the customer to report on the progress of the project and technical requirements.
12 Support the discussions about RBT migration strategy and requirements.
Activities Required
Perform the specified job activities until Huawei Technical Leader or Project Manager accepts the work. Partner must provide necessary tools to perform the required job, such as cell phone to make and receive work related calls and laptop computer
Activities to be performed are listed below:
1. Expertly install and configure Linux Operating System Suse 10 according to Huawei guidelines until it is ready for the installation of the software version.
2. Installation and configuration of RBT platform components such as: CTI, UDSP, Portal, URP, DB following Huawei guidelines.
3. Self learning from Huawei documentation about RBT VAS platform.
4. Software and Hardware validations of Linux Servers based on ATAE technology and LAN Switches.
5. Troubleshooting the integration with Telcel IT platforms for provisioning, charging and Datawarehouse.
6. Prepare the test cases and ATP documentation in a professional manner.
7. Perform the pre-ATP, ATP and UAT according to the documentation.
8. Expertly configure about 50 Suse Linux Servers, 9 Oracle databases, 19 LAN Switches.
9. Prepare Service Reports and present them to the internal organization and then to the customer.
10. Participate as expert in the troubleshooting of service incidents. Keep frequent and open communication with his peers and superiors.
11. Provide weekly activities report
Experience and Profile
The personal should have experience:
- Unix/Linux Support Engineer administering Servers
- Configuring LAN Switches and Routers
- Supporting and deploying Value Added Services platforms such as Ring Back Tone or equivalent.
