SAP HR Payroll - Time

My client in Brussels is looking for two strong SAP HR consultants to join their team:

- One SAP HR Payroll Tracklead;

- And one SAP HR Post-Payroll (Belcotax, DMFA, ...) expert.
The client is implementing SAP Payroll & Time, and are looking for experts in these field (mainly Payroll but Time is very important as well. Ideally, they are looking for consultants who can:

Bring their SAP HR expertise to the implementation in coming months;
Ensure a successful go-live in about 6 months;
Long-term commitment in post-go-live hypercare and L3 support (up to 2 years or longer)
As for knowledge, we are looking for a rather hybrid combination of technical and functional knowledge; being able to communicate with business, understanding any issues they raise, and relaying this information in a clear and concise way to the development team.
The emphasis of this job will be on level three support; however due to the large scale of this organisation this support work is not "simply solving tickets"; a lot of these issues raised can be considered mini-projects, that you will be expected to handle in the most efficient way.

Part of the job will also be coaching and training of some of the more junior team members (knowledge sharing/transfer)

The following criteria are essential for these positions:

- SAP HR: good all-round knowledge and specific expertise in Payroll & Time

- Must have knowledge of both Dutch and French (very important!): at the very least must be very fluent in one language and very good understanding of the other!

- Knowledge of Belgian payroll (Dimona, Belcotax, ...)

- Some team lead experience is a nice asset

- Willing to commit for a long period of time and getting to know the client's very complex SAP environment.

- ESS-MSS and Talent knowledge are a big asset

- Knowledge of Solution Manager or other ticket handling systems are a plus

- Some experience with SAP reporting modules are a plus.
