Description
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company who are looking to recruit a Veterinary Information Assistant to provide Support to customers. The role will liaise with customers, including veterinary surgeons, pharmacists, SQPs, distributors and end-users on all aspects of the use and safety of leading their veterinary products.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- developing a detailed knowledge of the products
- providing accurate responses to technical enquiries
- maintaining records of incoming enquiries and complaints
- responding to technical enquiries in an accurate, informative and timely fashion.
- managing campaign responses and associated data bases
- applying all regulations and policies on Health, Safety and Environment.
Candidates will ideally have a science background (or a veterinary nursing qualification) or experience of working in a veterinary surgery or an animal environment. Candidates will have very strong customer services skills and a passion for animal care and ideally some practical experience with pets and pet owners.
Candidates will also have the following skills and background:
- Excellent communication skills, especially verbal
- Strong IT skills
- ability to disseminate information accurately
