Marketing Sourcing Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join the Global Procurement team for a leading global bank. The area is responsible for managing the end to end sourcing process in order to optimize supplier spend, balancing costs against service levels and risks

Main Function

*Lead Global Marketing Services sourcing activity with stakeholders to identify sourcing strategies that will drive efficiencies and minimise risk across the supply chain.
*Analyse and understand the marketplace for Marketing Services. Provide market knowledge and best practice ideas to senior business stakeholders as and when required.
*Act as main UK point of contact for all day to day commercial queries on Marketing Services key suppliers within selected sub-categories.
*Act as Centre of Excellence (CoE) for local sourcing teams (outside UK) providing strategic direction including;
oSupply market
oSupply chain
oValue stream dependencies
oCost models
oCommercial structures
oKey contractual clauses
oPerformance metrics
oSupporting controls and policies

Required Experience:
oSourcing experience in Digital Creative, Digital Applications and Media (on and offline) required
oProven delivery of financial savings
oPractical experience in a large blue chip or consulting approach to Strategic Sourcing and process design
oExpert analytical skills required
oKnowledge of strategic sourcing tools
oExperience of commercial supplier negotiations
