Link Technologies is seeking a Change Management Facilitator for a 6-12 month contract position in New Castle, DE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set and monitor communication of system expectations.
- Prepare and make business ready for change.
- Assure transparency of information across the program and constant education of all phases of the program.
- Assure consistent information flow throughout the execute project phase, through all phases of implementation.
- Communicate clear roles and responsibilities for system business change and transition, while defining and implementing change strategies.
- Facilitate business communication with outside vendors and integration parties.
- Facilitate transition to new system through hands on facilitation of key events to be defined.
- Facilitate focus meetings to highlight efficiency and effectiveness of key processes using a lean approach.
- Facilitate development of new system change approach and plan.
- Facilitate Marketing Company implementation through communication (written, verbal).
- Develop communication model for all phases of new system change management and transition to implementation (Governance, Training, Information, Submission and Registration Tracking, Information Management).
- Detailed benefit realizations and follow up with appropriate targeted users of new system.
- Communicate new system benefits in brief communication to multiple impacted audiences and tailoring communication to targeted system users.
- Assure consistent messages for all aspects of new system deployment.
- Develop road maps for transition in all aspects of system deployment.
- Identify resource demand from different work streams.
- Foster shared thinking across all aspects of system implementation in consultation with leaders.
- Lead benefits realization for all aspects of the Program (Training, Governance, Processes, Integration, Marketing Company Implementation).
- Communication packages to target areas of system implementation.
- Facilitate integration of new processes with existing system.
- Facilitate conflict management resolution associated with change and transition.
- Articulate the qualitative and quantitative benefits of all aspects of system in a standard consistent model.
- Map benefits of system to timelines, existing gaps, and processes.
- Communicate an integrated information/publishing and submission tracking high level model.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in the job description with similar projects is preferred.
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree associated with appropriate experience is preferred.
- The incumbent should have proven demonstration of leadership capabilities.
- Incumbent must have a passion for customer service.
- Incumbent must be able to think strategically and acts decisively.
