Role: Organization Change Management - Project Management
Summary of the Role:
This is a standard ERP change management role, but complicated by the way they are executing the project. We need someone who has; OCM track record in ERP projects, and understands manufacturing Most importantly they must be able to build strong and influential relationships with the local Project Management and the business leads and it should be a high profile in steering the project .
Skills Required:-
- SAP Implementation experience
- Training Documentation
- Pharma industry experience
- Very good in Communication
- Management of training prep and delivery
- Creating a working training environment
- Creation of super-user network
- Stakeholder management
Responsibilities:
- Getting the project team in Dublin to work effectively
- Capturing process design info
- Resolving scope issues for transactions and training documentation
- Helping the business to make any detailed procedural changes in preparation for taking on the new system
