Aston carter is looking for:
Senior SOA/ESB Developer
For a client of ours we are looking for a senior SOA/ESB developer for a minimum four months mission in Brussels to start ASAP with the possibility for an extension. The project involves building a new Enterprise Application Integration platform, in compliance with an ESB Integration Framework, and with the aim to industrialize Integration works executed in support to multiple business projects.
Your tasks
The developer will implement the Integration Framework with the aim to industrialize Enterprise Application Integration sub-projects, in compliance with specifications of the local ESB (Enterprise Service Bus):
Implement core components: interchange rule module, technical routing module, message identification and enveloping, etc.
Solve stiff technical issues, eg meta-data caching and updates in multi-threading context,
Build the Application Bus, Develop template connectors
Automate deployments
Build web interfaces to logs and archives, and web services for meta-data administration
Document and maintain flow implementation templates
Quality assurance of the deliverables
Participate to the ACC and PROD infrastructure setup
Potentially provide support for operations
Discuss implementation issues and specify solutions in coordination with the Integration architect and designer
Structure and plan development works and report progress
Collaborative development
Coordination with IT subsidiaries (infrastructure set-up, specific developments)
Contribute the issue log and chase resolutions
Coach a junior resource on the developed framework
Contribute to the knowledge base
Organize releases and deployments
Present capabilities of the implemented ESB platform to project teams, analysts, architects and designers, managers.
Formalize operational procedures for the system operations team
Technical environment
WebSphere Message Broker, in particular:
Java components
flow templates
MQ, Oracle, WS/SOAP, HTTP, SMTP, SFTP adapters
Integration with WebSphere Transformation Extender
Your Profile
Technical Experience
Ideal: Development experience with IBM WebSphere MessageBroker
Required:
Java development in Eclipse (strong)
Unit testing expertise
XML schema definitions, WSDL
use of Embedded SQL
background on web interface technologies
General knowledge about integration: EAI, EDI, ESB, SOA...
General knowledge about IT security
Scripting skills for task automation
Soft skills
Super-well organized (rigor, documentation...)
Accountable
Pro-active and problem solving mindset
Pragmatic and no-nonsense
Languages
English mandatory, Dutch or French preferred
Offer
