Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

* The Project Manager is the end-responsible for delivering a qualitative project within budget and timing, according to the ICT methodology valid within the organisation.
* Whitebox PM with profound experience in implementation of call centre projects (+5y)
* Understand client requirements and design; work with the Implementation and Support Teams to formulate Implementation Plans which meet Customers' needs.
* Strong combination of project management and technical call centre skills along with excellent customer communication skills
* Mitigate project risk by proactively recognizing and communicating challenges, managing changes and providing contingency plans that enable customer success.
* Assure that engagements are delivered in accordance with ICT's Implementation Methodology to ensure successful execution and overall customer satisfaction.
* Continually seek opportunities to increase Customer Satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organization.

Technical Context:

* Certified Prince2 or PMP/PMI
* Dutch with active knowledge of French (or vice versa). Active knowledge of English, certainly written.
* In-depth knowledge (technical & functional) of Genesys IVR and InfoMart
* Experience with call centre system architecture, customization, configuration and integration projects
* Understand infrastructure landscape and interfaces
* Knowledge of Siebel
* Knowledge of InfoMart, BO and datawarahousing (in SAP BO)
* Ability to translate BU requirements into solution designs
* Experience with test approach/execution in Call Centre environment
* At least 5 years experience in project management.

* Facilitate and evaluate requirements analysis and requirements documents
* The person must be able to work independently.
* S/He is responsible for a number of projects/demands of his business, works as single point of contact, and reports progress and status.
* S/He keeps a helicopter view on the business processes, guards and manages any impact on linked processes and linked applications.
