Description
Commercial/Contracts Manager will be responsible for providing commercial leadership and direction in the pursuit and execution of multi discipline EPC project. Also provides the key commercial interface between the internal business units, functions (finance, planning, sourcing, legal, COE's), client and the management team on all commercial and contractual matters.
Contractor Ideal/Special Experience:
- Demonstrate performance during the execution and delivery phases of major O&G Subsea projects.
- Strong background in negotiation and creation of project contracts for capital build projects
- Good financial knowledge and understanding of cost control and billing to enabel management of that function
- Understanding of subsea products and methods of manufacture
