Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a skilled Oracle BPM Lead Developer for an exciting programme in Copenhagen.

The position is to be based in central Copenhagen city centre.

Job description/Overall position description with general areas of responsibility listed:
The BPM Lead Developer is involved in each BPM Workstream from start to finish, and contributes with deep hands-on knowledge of the BPM platform selected/envisioned for the Workstream.
The Lead Developer is in charge of designing the IT part of the solution adhering to standards and under guidance from the BPM Capability Architect and EA.

Responsible for ensuring the to-be process is executable taking the re-use of existing services in the solution into account - both as user of existing services and provider of new services.

Specific Tasks to be performed during the engagement/Key Deliverables/Milestones :
Works closely with BPM Business Analyst to model the to-be process.
Responsible for to-be process to be executable (all flows taken care of, exception paths etc. )
Support design of to-be process during Envision phase and forward.
Provides technical excellence and leadership, and coaching to other developers in the team
Ensuring BPM design guidelines (platform specific) are followed
Building mock-up UI
Assist IT Project Manager in prioritizing IT tasks and identifying appropriate resources based on technical dependencies and business priorities

Module/technical skills required: Oracle BPM

What development tools methodologies are to be used?:
Oracle BPM 10g

Must have/mandatory skills:
SME on the BPM platform chosen for the given project
Leadership skills, Technical coaching and mentoring
Profound knowledge of BPMN as well as being competent in SOA, Java Enterprise architecture, ESB and other technologies
Strong knowledge and experience of the software development life cycle
Understands the service level requirements of flexibility, extensibility, maintainability, security, availability and performance, and how to achieve them in BPM design
Interfaces well with all parts of the organisation and works excellently with system designers, developers and testers.
