Senior IT Analyst ( Oracle SQL, PL/SQL) sought for our Capital Markets sector client based in Copenhagen/Denmark.
The scope of the task is to implement Basel III requirements in the Counterparty Credit Risk solution.
As an IT Analyst this involves reading and understanding business requirements and assessing/documenting how to implement the requirements into the existing solution. This will be done in close dialogue with the business and IT colleagues. When the solution has been decided upon - it must be implemented. This will also be part of the job. Most of the coding is done in SQL/PL/SQL on an Oracle database.
The consultant MUST possess the following skills:
- Quick in understanding business cases and business requirements.
- Ability to transform business requirements into IT requirements.
- Understanding the business area supported (here counterparty credit risk).
- Be an experienced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL developer.
- Capability of participating in all phases of a project from Analysis and Design to Development and Test.
- Good knowledge of data models and their design.
- Ability to plan and drive.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge in capital markets/financial products would be considered an asset.
- Project Management/Lead experience would be considered an asset.
- Java and/or BI experience would be considered an asset.
All candidates must be eligible to work in Denmark and speak fluent business level English.
