GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity in Eagan, MN for an Online Marketer. This would be a six month contract to start out.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Marketer, Online Marketing is responsible for driving direct sales and partnering with assigned clients to apply Online Marketing tools and expertise to achieve both Online Marketing and Segment goals.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
-Implement Online Marketing strategies and initiatives to drive revenue goals.
-Develop strategy to drive sales on online company store through targeted, relevant emails and triggered campaigns.
-Highlight key insights, analyze trends and monitor/adjust plans to achieve the ROI goal.
-Support email campaign planning and execution for assigned clients.
-Partner with clients to outline optimal campaign strategies to meet key objectives.
-Identify opportunities for testing within campaigns.
-Analyze and report campaign results.
-Leverage campaign analysis to outline potential enhancements and communicate recommendations accordingly.
-Provide subject matter expertise on email marketing best practices for assigned clients and ensure consistency and conformance with established standards throughout the email marketing process.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, in highly matrixed organization, with skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results.
-Seek opportunities for process improvement and take the initiative to improve processes and create efficiencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
-Four-year college degree in business or marketing related field, MBA or JD preferred.
-3-5 years marketing or strategic planning experience.
-Direct experience in the legal field or information industry a plus.
-Experience in the interactive or Online Marketing industry.
-Direct marketing background.
-Proven experience executing annual marketing plans.
-Experience in analyzing marketing programs.
-Critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Must demonstrate a capability to deliver consistent messages and marketing themes to the organization to maximize the effectiveness of each area that touches our customers.
-Must be able to collaborate across multiple teams.
-Must take initiative and be solutions oriented.
