Salesforce experience with integrating with Verint recording v.11
General Salesforce knowledge
General Verint v.11 knowledge, 2nd option is at least general Verint 7.8 knowledge
Additional skills:
Windows Server 2008 experience
Infrastructure troubleshooting
TCP/IP Networking fundamentals
Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
Self-Directed, team player, ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
Verint Impact 360 v11 experience would be helpful
Cisco Communication Manager and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience would be helpful
SQL 2008 experience would be helpful
Application Configuration Support Knowledge would be helpful
Knowledge of adjunct connectivity would be helpful
Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
